Shipping & Returns / COVID-19 Notice

We continue to operate and fulfill orders while taking all precautionary measures to protect our employees and customers during this time 

 Due to the current situations regarding COVID-19, there may be some delay on the processing and shipping of online orders.

Return Policy

-We accept returns and exchanges within 5 days of the product delivery date. 

-Items must not be worn, washed or damaged, and must have applicable tags attached in order to be eligible for a return or exchange. 

-Items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

-Domestic returns and exchanges are free for orders over $250. 

-Requests for labels will be processed within 3 business days. Once the product is received, we will issue a refund within 3 business days. 

-All returns and exchanges must follow proper guidelines below in order to be eligible - we cannot accept unauthorized returns.

Requesting a Return/Exchange

-Please email lavishluxuriess@gmail.com using the following format:

Subject: Return or Exchange [Insert Order Number]

Body: Reason for the exchange: [weight, size, color, change of mind, etc..]

Special Requests: [Exchange request]

 **For Returns and Exchanges under $250, shipping fees paid for by the customer.

Please request a return authorization beforehand at lavishluxuriess@gmail.com and we will provide you with the location to address the package.

**For International Returns and Exchanges (including Canada) shipping fees are paid for by the customer. Quality and satisfaction of purchase are our priority, always. 

Shipping Policies

-We typically dispatch orders within 2 business days from the date that we receive your order and credit verification has been confirmed. International orders may take up to 3-5 business days to process. Orders may be split and items may ship separately, based on inventory location. Orders placed on Friday after 4:00 PM EST will begin processing the following business day. Transit times do not include Saturday, Sunday or holidays.

-Due to the current situations regarding COVID-19, there may be some delay on the processing and shipping of online orders.

-We offer free domestic shipping on purchases $150 and over via USPS.  Shipping within the United States is typically delivered within 3 - 10 business days, depending on your location. 

International Orders

-For international orders we utilize DHL and USPS, typically delivered within 10-20 business days. Prices are calculated at check-out, based on your location. Please note this does not take into account any customs clearance delays that may arise. We work closely with our shipping partners to minimize any delays in delivery for our international customers. 

-Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient, should the package be refused at the point of delivery the order will be charged a return shipping fee as well as the duties and taxes incurred on the shipment.
